- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Ensure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy your air fryer salmon!
