- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well-coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
