- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are crispy and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
