  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and rosemary.
  3. Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the sirloin steaks.
  4. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the desired doneness is reached (120°F/49°C for rare, 130°F/54°C for medium rare, 140°F/60°C for medium, 150°F/66°C for medium well, and 160°F/71°C for well done).
