Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and rosemary.
- Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the sirloin steaks.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the desired doneness is reached (120°F/49°C for rare, 130°F/54°C for medium rare, 140°F/60°C for medium, 150°F/66°C for medium well, and 160°F/71°C for well done).
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
