  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For extra crunch, you can air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
