- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
- Serve with a dipping sauce or as a side with your main dish.
