- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of each fillet with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
