Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.

Notes

  • Customize the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
  • For added crunch, you can coat the squash with breadcrumbs before air frying.
