- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the steak is cooking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving dish and drizzle with the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
