Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground meat (if using) and cook until browned.
  5. Mix cooked rice, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika with the meat mixture.
  6. Stuff peppers with filling and place in air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm.
