- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground meat (if using) and cook until browned.
- Mix cooked rice, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika with the meat mixture.
- Stuff peppers with filling and place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use any color bell pepper for variety.
- For vegetarian version, skip the meat.
- Check peppers halfway to avoid overcooking.
