Description

Crispy and flavorful tandoori chicken wings made in an air fryer. These wings are marinated in a blend of spices and yogurt, then cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and salt.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with oil.
  5. Place the marinated wings in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh cilantro.
