Description
Crispy and flavorful tandoori chicken wings made in an air fryer. These wings are marinated in a blend of spices and yogurt, then cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and salt.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place the marinated wings in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh cilantro.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the wings with oil before air frying.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
