Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic to make the teriyaki sauce.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the sauce. Simmer in a pan until thickened.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. Toss the wings in the teriyaki sauce and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
