Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchini is well-coated.
  3. If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and mix gently.
  4. Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
