- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchini is well-coated.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and mix gently.
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure to slice the zucchini as thin as possible.
- You can experiment with different seasonings to customize the flavor.
- Store any leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
