Instructions

- Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a clean towel.

- Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Increase temperature to 200°C (392°F) and cook for another 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve immediately.
