- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the wings with BBQ sauce.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
