Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Fold in shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough portions onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
Notes
- For extra crunch, toast the almonds before adding them.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
