- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, covering both sides evenly.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone side down. Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush both sides with BBQ sauce.
- Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more cayenne pepper to the rub.
- You can also cook the ribs in a slow cooker for an even more tender result.
