Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 cups asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
- Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In the same pan, add butter and fresh rosemary to the steaks after removing them from heat.
- Deglaze the pan with red wine and let it reduce for 3 minutes.
- Serve steaks with asparagus and drizzle with red wine sauce.
