Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven and sear ribs on all sides.
  4. Remove ribs and sauté onions, carrots, and garlic.
  5. Return ribs to the pot, add apple cider and thyme.
  6. Cover and braise in the oven for 3 hours.
