- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add apple cider, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spoon glaze over it, and cook for 1 more minute.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
