  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add apple cider, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon glaze over it, and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
