Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Warm milk and butter until melted, then mix with dry ingredients.
  4. Add the egg and knead until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with cinnamon, brown sugar, and diced apples.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese with a little water for glaze.
  11. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
