Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) OREO cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp apple extract or 2 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions

  1. Crush OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese and apple extract until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips with oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  7. Return to tray and let set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.

Notes
