Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and milk.
- Add diced apple, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- If using, stir in yogurt.
- Mix well and cover the bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy.
