Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
