  • 6 asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and half the cheese mixture.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Brush chicken with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
