- 6 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and half the cheese mixture.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
