- 250g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix beef, pork, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Shape into small, flat patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with bread or potatoes.
Notes
- Use a mix of beef and pork for best flavor.
- Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
- Let patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.
