Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour half the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Reserve the remaining marinade for basting.
