Instructions
- Season chicken with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until no longer pink (5-7 minutes per side).
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Mash the avocado with lime juice, cilantro, and red onion to make guacamole.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos with shredded chicken, guacamole, and crumbled queso fresco.
- Serve with sour cream if desired.
