  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
