  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove the wings from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
