- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the wings from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for 2-3 minutes after baking.
