- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss zucchini slices with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Arrange zucchini around the chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
