- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, black beans, rice, cheese, salsa, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form burritos.
- Place burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
