  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cod fillets in a baking dish. Pour the Parmesan garlic butter mixture over the fillets, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For a crispier topping, broil the cod for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
