- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Combine cooked spaghetti and cream cheese mixture.
- Spread spaghetti mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred.
