Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta cheese
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • fresh, for garnish Basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the baking dish surrounded by the tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
  5. While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Once the feta is done, remove from the oven and mix everything together until creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
