A creamy and delicious baked feta pasta dish that’s quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 8 oz Feta cheese
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 8 oz Pasta
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- fresh, for garnish Basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the baking dish surrounded by the tomatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
- While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Once the feta is done, remove from the oven and mix everything together until creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
- Feel free to add spinach or other vegetables for extra nutrition.
- You can use gluten-free pasta if desired.
