  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
