- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and place in a baking dish.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
