- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice jalapenos in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
