- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
