Delicious baked lobster tail prepared in the oven.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the top of the lobster shells down the center and gently pull the meat out.
- Place the lobster meat on top of the shell.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
