Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the top of the lobster shells down the center and gently pull the meat out.
  4. Place the lobster meat on top of the shell.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
