- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix potatoes, chicken, and broccoli.
- Add sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
