Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and artichoke hearts, cook until softened.
  6. Add cream cheese and chicken broth, stir until smooth.
