- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and artichoke hearts, cook until softened.
- Add cream cheese and chicken broth, stir until smooth.
- Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour sauce over baked meatballs and serve.
