  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir marinara sauce into the cooked ground beef.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
