- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
