- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a small bowl, toss blackberries with balsamic glaze.
- Remove brie from oven and top with glazed blackberries.
- Sprinkle chopped basil and candied pecans over the top.
- Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced bread.

- Use ripe but firm blackberries for best texture.
- For extra crunch, toast candied pecans before adding.
- Replace balsamic glaze with reduced balsamic vinegar if needed.
