- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the banana batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
