- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add whole wheat flour and stir until combined.
- If using, fold in walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
