A moist and delicious banana bread made with almond flour.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add honey, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Make sure bananas are very ripe for best results.
