Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use liners.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze muffins for longer storage.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
