Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 box instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs with butter, press into pan
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth
- Add mashed bananas and vanilla
- Fold in whipped topping
- Spread mixture over crust
- Whisk pudding mix with milk, let thicken
- Pour pudding layer over cheesecake
- Chill 4 hours before serving

- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor
- Chill mixing bowl before whipping topping
