Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch, egg, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Coat chicken strips in the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, honey, and sesame oil.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions.
